All models can be ordered by money order, certified check, personal check (allow additional two weeks to clear) and PayPal. Paypal allows the use of MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express or direct debit. All you have to do is sign up using the link below. Please send the order information below to me by snail mail to the address below if you don't have e-mail. A shopping cart system has been added to automate all of this and we are currently making sure it is bullet proof, so bear with us for the time being. Please note that R&R Model Aircraft is the North American distributor for Wild Skies Models (Pterotec) and will also ship to other countries at additional shipping cost. All Pterotec models are hand made and shipped from Germany. Please allow 4-5 weeks from time of order. Some Pterotec models will be stocked in the near future based on customer demand, but currently most customers request custom paint and are therefore manufactured one at a time. Shipping to the lower 48 states is $10.00 for the Kestrel R/C ornithopter, $25.00 for all Pterotec models except Dsungaripterus which is $30.00 (due to size). For Alaska and Hawaii, please e-mail me for shipping costs. Other countries, please e-mail for shipping costs.
Return Policy: We try to offer the best products possible for the money. You can return a kit for any reason, but please contact us to see if we can resolve any problems first. The kit must be in the condition that it was shipped in (new and unassembled). Special orders cannot be returned (such as modified kits). Dsungaripterus is considered a special order due to it's manufacturing cost and limited distribution. Postage is not refundable. If an item is DAMAGED during shipment, please notify us before returning it so a claim can be filed. If it is a replaceable part, please let us know since this will be a quicker option than returning the whole kit. Modified parts of models are not warranted! Please contact us before ANY modifications! We warranty our workmanship, but not damage incurred due to flying mishaps or crashes. New wings with turning problems (ornithopters) that cannot be corrected by customer adjustment can be sent back to us for exchange. We will send out a new wing ASAP.
Thank you for purchasing this scale model. Using careful building practices, you will produce a fine flying model. Due to the model being built / assembled outside the control of R & R Model Aircraft, the company can not accept liability for the final results of your model. Likewise, the performance of the model and any occurrences resulting from the use of this model are solely the responsibility of the purchaser. Remember that at all times this model is capable of severe physical and property damage, possibly even death. Treat it with the same respect you would a loaded weapon.
